1 /5 Rebecca Strawser: Will not be returning. The woman who I talked to over the phone was nice and they were able to take me with no wait on a Saturday. That’s about the only good thing I have to say about this place. I asked to get my old polish removed and my preexisting acrylics filled. I had a milky white base color and they did not understand what I meant when I said that and even looking at my nails. I ended up requesting a regular white acrylic to be used for the fill and the man that did my nails grabbed a sheer, see through white that did not match. He then told me I HAD to put a polish over it and said the color I wanted was too light. It was a basic pink. They didn’t give me any colors to look at so I pointed at one I saw behind him and I didn’t end up liking it. So before it was cured, I asked him to remove it and asked for plain white. He was so distraught by my request and he rolled his eyes and had so much attitude while he was removing it. He started talking in a different language after that as if he was annoyed and it made me really uncomfortable. He did not even remove it all and it’s stuck in my cuticle now. To top it off, he did not even do a good job. My nails are uneven and have so much texture and they weren’t filed down on the sides. Mind you I already had acrylics on in the shape I wanted, this should not have been this hard to achieve. As someone that gets their nails done all the time, this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
