5 /5 Samantha Presley: My partner and I both felt very welcomed and accepted from the moment that we walked in! Every question that I had about my services and insurance was answered thoroughly. The staff was so calm and nice that I shared a small piece of my recovery journey doing my dental work; the receptionist, Paula, and the other women listened without judgement, and, in return, they shared a few stories about themselves. This experience was incredibly pleasant, and I would recommend this business to anyone in recovery and folks in the LGBTQIA community!
On a side note: the dentist was very kind. While giving me my shots, she said, "You should not feel anything after this, but if you do, let me know." I didnt feel a thing, but this made me feel so comfortable because I knew she believed me. In the past I have been to other places where when I told them that I could feel pain, they told me me "there is no way your feeling any pain". This could not have been further from the truth because at that time I was hurting and in lots of pain. The dentist at Bella listened to me and I felt heard. That alone says a lot about this practice.
I highly recommend Bella Dentistry and I am grateful that I have found my new dentist.
