1 /5 Ahava Shema Judah: I met, I believe, was the owner. She was very disrespectful and rude. I asked for help, and she was very short and off-putting. I asked for a specific brand (that my hairdresser recommended), and she abruptly told me they didnt carry it. I asked her what she recommended, her body language and response were rude and condensending. I am new to the area and have passed this particular beauty supply store frequently and looked forward to finally having the chance to come it. Very disappointing visit. I will look for another beauty supply store, and I most certainly will not be going back to this one. Im very disappointed.

5 /5 Maria Vaughn Bell: The lady is so very nice and also very helpful without giving you any attitude about asking questions in detail about certain products as some customer reps can be. Also I like to say that of course you cannot return things for cash money usually at beauty supply stores but she makes it even better because it hurts tour you get money added to an account your phone number, and it should every time that you make a purchase a little bit builds up and you can use it towards any future purchase. Really comes in handy! :-)

4 /5 Shanae Bruton: I LOVE the store and the customer service! Unlike Royal, youre treated like a paying customer, theres no "accidental" over charges on ya card, and youre not being followed as you shop. Lol. Miss Kim is the sweetest and too funny. Theres also a rewards program put in place where you can rack up on points (cash) that can be used towards another purchase at anytime. The products are great, some can be a bit pricey vs other supply stores, but its worth it bc of the atmosphere. Ill be seeing this place today for some supplies and I know my experience will be as its always been, easy and satisfaction.
