After my heater went out he identified my problem and fixed it right away and I no longer hear that noise coming from my heater/A/C. I highly recommend him if you’re having any problems with your heater or A/C.

1 /5 Diamond XVlll: Would not recommend it. I had to bring my car back 3 times within 4years. The previous owner was great and would always fix any issues and stood by any mishap that happens with his parts. The new owner does not care about me buying a brand new condenser and compressor, having to replace it twice, only for it to stop again. Then they were charging almost double from what I was going to pay for the first time. Better off just going to a dealership than buying the same products twice with only a year warranty.

1 /5 heather robin: It took 4 days to get our car back and when we finally got it back the air hisses at us and Brian said oh thats normal. Sounds like a refrigerate leak. But Brian says thats normal. 700 and change for his labor and we have clips everywhere on the floor board.very unsatisfied. . just take peoples money and didnt fix our problem. Someone tried breaking into our car while it was there. I would not recommended this shop to anyone. Be warned.

1 /5 Sherod Harris: This place use to b good years ago. Now they half do work and over charge. They charge me $600 to get my heater in my car to start back working. After I got my car back heater wasnt working and they stop my AC from working. I went back so they can fix what they shouldve did at 1st. Then they tried to charge me another $400 to fix my car. I will NEVER go back again! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I wrote the dealer on Broad off years ago. Writing this one off now. If you say be there at a certain time, thats when the work should start. Not 4 hours after.

Lavendra Shootes: I am very disappointed in the customer service at BMW of Albany. They consistently do not have front desk help to answer the telephone. My car was in need of having a tire changed since it does not have a place for a spare tire. When I called to get an update and to pick up a loaner I was told no car was available after customer support informed me in a text that arrangements were made. The sales representative who finally answered the phone told me that the service support was busy and that no cars were available. He was rude in expressing I need to get in line. When I make my payments on the I7e you did not tell me to get in line. I was treated better at Nissan.

Madalyn Haire: Wonderful service as the gentleman did not have exactly what I needed but Did not give up and even went above and beyond by getting tires that would work for me from someone else and driving me and my son to an ATM being he did not accept card payments... When every other used tire store I called the prior day all said "Nope, dont have that size..." Or something similar, this gentleman said "Let me make a phone call...oh, he didnt answer so let me drive around to his place and see what we can figure out to have you safer on the road..." Definitely recommend and will do business with again in the future
