1 /5 Liz: This place used to be great. One of my favorites. I came here to get my birthday nails done two days ago and every time I come now it’s an awful experience. They were out of the colors I wanted, my acrylics are so paper thin they broke after a day. The color I showed him was NOT like what he did at all. It is awful and a pink instead of a nude. I am so disappointment and have zero time to get my nails done before my trip for my birthday. When I called they said that they would only give a refund if I came in. I work every single day up until my trip from 8-7 and cannot make it in their store. Even with pictures they will not accept it.

2 /5 Kanisha Solis: I’ve been going here for a year… my experience has been so inconsistent I’ts been very hit or miss. I stopped going for months because my full set never last over a week! They would pop off very easily, no pain or tearing, just pop off with no warning. I recently went back last month and had a great experience! I went back on Dec 16th and I’m missing 4 nails within a week! I went back to ask for a repair and the manager kinda challenged when I came and if it was there fault and said they’d fix it for a fee…truthfully knowing what I knew I shouldn’t have gone back and will not be going back for a repair (Side note the prices have ranged a lot in a year but that could be for a number of reasons … I used to pay $50 regularly for a short full set with gel polish and it became $65-70)

2 /5 Vero Young: There’s ONE lady there that did a great job on my nails last Halloween. She’s the only reason for the 2 stars, I haven’t seen her and tbh the others are not that great. The lady was rough and look at my nails 5 hours after I got them done! ⬇️ They over charged me, when I came in I asked for them to take off the nails I had on, and do a manicure with gel polish he told me a manicure was $20 gel polish was $20 and to take off was $10 so $50. I ended up changing my mind on the polish and decided to do cat eye which was still $20. Tell me why these people charged me $70 for these nails and when I asked him he told me $20 extra for cat eye when in reality gel is $20 and cat eye is $20 it’s should’ve still been $50 because I changed the color not added! All they did was paint my friends nails and charged her $25. Worst experience, and we used to come here and get our feet done never again. It’s crazy how a take off nails service cost $10 and that’s the most time consuming part !

5 /5 Rachel Ballard Nicholson: My go-to nail salon for the past six years! Mia continues to do incredible work. She is a joy to talk to and added a little heart details to my hooves this time. Ha! Grateful for their continued quality and kindness.
