1 /5 Shirley Walker: The teeth are very cheap made. Not worth the money. My dad told them he didn’t want the teeth then they’re going to charge him almost 200.00 for material fee. We will not be back at this place and would advise everyone else not to go there either.This is the cheapest made dentures I’ve ever seen. They’re supposed to fit good and they don’t very floppy and not worth the money. They told him yesterday when the real set was made they would fit better.That was not true they was so loose the glue wouldn’t even hold them in.

5 /5 Kevin Ford: So far so good. I went for my second visit today. The doctor extracted 10 or 11 teeth and fitted me with a really good looking temporary denture. I cant say I enjoyed the extractions but it really wasnt all that bad either. The doctor was awesome, and so was the assistant. Even the receptionist was great. I definitely recommended Affordable Dentures.

1 /5 Kateka Preston: Very unprofessional, they do not know how to file insurance claims they want out-of-pocket money when you have insurance to cover it. Front desk reception very unprofessional does not know how to do her job on top of that. I was standing at the front talking to her trying to get understanding She turned from me at the nonchalant went to help the white lady act if I wasn’t even standing there very unprofessional was quick to cancel my appointment because she don’t know how to do her job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody from the way that I was treated. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable going to sit in their seat and allow them to do any dental work on my From my opinion I saw they treated white people better than Black people that didn’t say well I called to make a complaint come to find out they don’t even have a corporate office they say.

Dr. Thompson was thorough and identified a few issues which my previous dentist ignored. He too was reassuring and extremely professional. The facility is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the entire staff is warm and friendly. A weekly video phone scan was reviewed and direction provided to move ahead to the next aligner in Dr Weaver’s Invisalign plan. A “monitoring mentor,” who I can call a friend, was available by text or phone to guide, encourage, and answer any questions that arose. The few visits in the office have been great with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient team supporting and surrounding Dr Weaver. Highly recommend…with the right attitude!

Queen Lashe: This chick! $1250.50 for a Basic Extraction. First, you charge me $310.50 for a consultation. I paid it because I thought you were good at your job and professional. Then you gave me the price of my potential procedure and I took some time to think it over. Prior to the service, I advised you I only needed an extraction. Mainly because you didnt seem sure the procedure would be a success. The bill was recalculated, but somehow still $940 just to pull my tooth. The meds to sedate me made sense, but the other line items did not. Again, I paid what you charged. I was out of it when I left the office, so I did not realize I, nor my husband was provided with a receipt or paperwork. Nearly a month later, I received a bill in the mail stating I still owed $40. Im baffled and trying to recall how the hell I would owe; knowing I made all the necessary arrangements for this. I spoke to your secretary and was told a mistake was made when running my card and you did not charge me the full $940. At first, I thought, well thats your mistake. Then, I quickly told her I would check into it and get back to her because it didnt make sense. The lady on the phone ended the call by saying she would make a note that she had spoken to me, so that amount wouldnt get sent to collections. The games people play! Later, I checked my card statement to see the initial charge that was made. Wouldnt you know, she had already charged me the full $940. Mind you, she had already been paid the full balance. This is probably something she has done to many people who didnt pay attention. Very disappointed in Golden Isle Oral Surgery.
