Today I came into this business today with A/C issues and needing breaks and rotors replaced. Expected to “get got” with pricing and add-ons with A/C and breaks. Both James and Ali took exceptional care of me with pricing and transparency with what was needed to be fixed. Quick service, winter cool waiting area, and customer service was excellent. This is a dope local auto shop with a reputable staff and clean establishment.

Showed me my old brake pads and rotors after they took them off and the new ones to make sure they were quality. Would definitely recommend!

He’s got 14 years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing and cares about the people that walk through his door. I live fairly close to Accucare and can say in confidence that this is definitely my mechanic of choice going forward especially in these uncertain economic times! Courtney Farmer: This place must have new ownership or something because I have been a customer for almost 10 years now but now they mistreat loyalty. I came in for a diagnosis 2 months ago and was told all the parts I need and the total price of parts and labor which was 2K. I went to Amazon and got one part which Ben instructed me to purchase and l went ahead and went to rock auto to purchase the other parts he said I would need. Keep in mind I paid the diagnostic fee of $130. A few weeks ago I decided to go ahead with getting my car repaired and I came on a Saturday and I was told to come on a Monday or Friday. So I returned today (Monday, 7/2125) and Ben refused to repair my vehicle because in addition to getting the part from Amazon he instructed me to get, I got the additional parts from rock auto at reasonable price for great quality parts. Ben was butt hurt and thought I did him wrong because I didn’t want to purchase sky high parts from him in this economy. Ben could have told me that when I went on that Saturday but I was forced to drive 80 miles round trip wasting gas and time with this incompetent way of doing business. Please proceed with caution in doing business with K&M Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair. They were great and fair to to do business with but now not so much.

Brii Davis: This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.
