3 /5 Brown: This is the hardest review I ever had to write because I normally have NO issues with this establishment. Unfortunately, this experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. My car had been down for three months because of some unknown clicking noise. The Nissan dealer informed me that my bearings were starting to crack. I jumped my car, let it charge for about an hour, and then drove it straight to 5-star, music blasting and everything(key point). Now, they did exactly what I asked them to do as far as fixing the car however, the unfortunate thing was when the returned my car to me the radio was no longer working.
Confused, I turned around and asked the three ladies at the front about it and after taking it to the back to check everything out. They returned it to me a second time with the radio still not working. Confused I stated when I drove the car up here the radio was blasting and working fine and I was met with the following responses:
Lady #1 I dont know if it was working or not because it was dead.
Lady #2 I dont know what to tell you the car was completely dead and we had to roll it and start it with the clutch.
Lady #3 We didnt do anything to the radio, you may want to check the Nissan forums and find out that may be a common problem.
Ive had this car for YEARS and keep the maintenance fairly up to date and have NEVER had an issue with my radio. I then paused and looked at all three of them with a puzzled look and said when I drove it in the radio was working and now you are returning it to me with the radio not working. And the FINAL comments from the ladies were and I quote. LAdy #1 We didnt do anything to your radio. If we did we would take care of it. Lady #2 Again I dont know if it was working or not! I paused...looked at all three of them and with great disappointment turned around and quickly walked out of the establishment.
Disclaimer: None of the ladys tones were disrespectful. Maybe a bit sarcastic (to me). I gave them three stars because they did the work I paid them to do however, I was always taught you return things like you received them or better. And in this case, that wasnt the case as now I am without music/time in my car. and then to be made to feel like I am crazy or lying about my radio working when I took it in is just NOT COOL!
