Samantha Sitton Danny is a mechanic that’s hard to come by when it comes to professionalism, efficiency, hospitality, and knowledge! Without hesitation, he worked on my car diligently and even after hours to ensure I could make it to work the following Monday after I completely busted my radiator. I was genuinely shocked at the time it took him to repair my car from the initial call to me picking the vehicle up. I was worried with my vehicle being a BMW he wouldn’t be able to take it on- boy I was wrong’ I couldn’t have asked for a better service and recommend him to all of my coworkers and friends!’nn

Lindsey League This place is absolutely amazing!! My son just moved to Winder, this will be his go to place for his cars. He has been ripped off by so many mechanics but not this place they were awesome and friendly. Prices are soooo good too!

Sarah Camero I brought my Santa Fe here to fix the AC. However after paying $150 and taking them the part it needed, the air stopped working after 2 days. I took the car back and they tried again to fix it, but the air stopped working after 2 days again. I’m disappointed because I could have spent that money and time at another shop that could diagnose and fix the problem correctly. Now I’m out that money and starting from the beginning with the problem. Very frustrating bc I have a baby on the way and other little ones and no air still and out that $150. I will say the staff is friendly, just wish they could have fixed the problem or at least offer to put that money I already paid towards actually solving the issue.

KT Master Tech Auto is outstanding. Every time Ive brought my car in for repairs they have been accurate in their diagnostics, clear about what needed to be repaired and what it will cost. They have never trying to sell me something I did not need. And they have always gone the extra mile to ensure I was safe on the road before a trip. I now have a friend from Atlanta who brings his car to Master Tech because there is simply not enough good things you can say about their professionalism and expertise. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Staci Johnson I had a smell and smoke coming from the right passenger side hood of my F 150 Platinum. I dropped it off at Master Tech Auto, the next day, Tim Bolt the owner sends over a $3,378 dollar estimate telling me one of my turbos are leaking internally. 2,069.00 dollars, 20 parts at an insane upcharge after looking up each one. I just wanted my truck fixed, the smoke worried me. I get my truck back, over the next 10 days I can still smell and see smoke even worse than it was before I brought it in. I took it back to have him look at it. He gets me under the truck, explains my truck was "pissing oil everywhere" mind you not a spot of oil on my garage floor. He then shows and tells me the right valve cover gasket is seeping oil, causing the smell and smoke, which is why I brought it in the first place. He then proceeds to write e another $740.00 estimate to replace the valve gasket covers, he said I might as well do them both, and took 3 hours of labor off, down to $440.00. I just paid this man $3,378 dollars and he just basically admitted to not fixing the original issue. I went home to research and pretty much figured out that he just took full advantage of me being a woman and really not knowing what or why. I called him very upset, he was very nasty, rude and defensive. Asked me what I wanted, I said to have my truck fixed. He then said to bring back the following week and he would replace ONE gasket free of charge. At this point, I could not or did not trust him to touch my truck, free or not. He replaced a turbo that was never the issue. My truck is now in another shop getting the actual repair done. I am spending $4,080.00 to repair a cracked right gasket cover which caused the oil leaking, smell and smoke. HE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I just want others to know what he did to me and proceed with caution and be aware of what he is estimating and or quoting you to repair your vehicle. He doesnt even deserve A star.

They repaired it with quality parts, and our truck has been running better ever since. Our fuel efficiency has even improved, which is a huge plus. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service.

Andrew Goode We brought in our truck for both engine and transmission service, and the difference was incredible. No shortcuts—just solid, professional work. Ryan personally tested the truck before handing it back, making sure everything was running perfectly. Finding a shop that actually cares this much is rare.

Catherine Campbell I did not have a referral to use this shop, but I had it towed here NEVER use this shop , he told my my car frame was bent , it was beyond repair consider it a loss, he tried saying the frame was bent into the transmission , just made up something ridiculous. He was also extremely rude on the phone saying do you understand after every sentence. So I had it towed to my location because I 100% knew what he was saying wasnt true- Complete Lie. My car needed a radiator thats it its repaired , this is a Scam place Dont do it And I paid $100 for his bs lie

Ryan Cassidy Cant say enough about Kurt and his crew. They did incredible work on my 996 Cup car and it is better than it has ever been, including when it was delivered new from Porsche. This shop has forgotten more about Porsches than most of us with ever know. They are extremely reasonable and do exactly what they say. Ill be using them for my 996 for years to come!

Kyle James Prices are fair and these are some real professionals here. Currently away from home and needed my transmission serviced. Decided to bring my BMW here based off of the great reviews and now that Ive been there, all the good reviews are true. These guys are all about quality work. Abbie Christopherson Keith is my new go-to guy. I had no options because it seems like everywhere in the county was either booked out for a few days or closed on Fridays. I was recommended to him and when I called him Friday afternoon, he answered and told me I could have my dead car towed in on Saturday morning and give it a look, even though he was closed on the weekends. This showed me that he listened to my story and treated me like a person. He eventually dug deep and figured out the problem and quoted me. The work was done hardly three hours later and the invoice was even $55 less than he originally quoted. He even double checked and fixed something he missed before I picked it up, and didn’t add anything to the invoice. Very honest efficient man. No nonsense, no frills, just straight forward conversation, cost, and work. Makes the stressful situation of a broken car much easier.

Chris Moore Unfortunately this is a family friend. I paid this man 5400 dollars to rebuild my grandfathers truck. It took from august 24th to april 12th to even get my truck back.when i had my truck towed home somehow two tires we ripped off the rim from being drug through there parking lot. Got to pay for that at my expense. I was told they didnt know what happened. Less than 9000 miles later the transmission leaks like a siv and on top of that I ended up having to have another shop look at it. They found unused bolts stuck to the magnetic transmission pan along with two sensors that were not even put back on. Overall I learned a valuable lesson from this. Do not do business with family or friends. This is what you will get.

Raymond Sanchez Worst customer service in Barrow County GA! My truck is in worse same than when I took to Matt Reynolds! I assume he and his staff do not know how to properly align a vehicle or properly do mechanic work as my truck still leaks, wont stay on the road and shakes horribly and he now refuses to warranty his work!!! Hell rip you off with a smile just like the Devil!!!

I was given multiple options to fix my issue to help with my budget. He also personally dropped me off at my home when I left my car with him for service. Kevin York I have found Mavis in several locations, hires quality employees and really do run the business well to maintain customers and gain new ones. I live in Winder and recently needed a new new tire and wheel and came to Mavis to take care of it. These guys are on top of it. , got a great deal on the tire but The wheel was bent so I actually ordered a new one and got it in two days and came back to get the new tire and wheel installed. Fast service, price was right and fair, team knew what they were doing . Mavis is Flowery Branch was servicing one of my other cars, which I’ll now be bringing to the Winder location. Highly recommend.!!!

Steph Shepard Weve been using Watkins since we moved to Winder for oil changes and inquiring about various repairs. They have always been fair and honest about what needs to be done and pricing. They top off the fluids and rotate tires with oil changes too. Last time I got the oil changed, they even fixed my windshield fluid system. It wouldnt spray properly, and I hadnt had a chance to examine the cause (pump, clogged sprayers, etc.). They fixed it for me without extra charge or anything! I really appreciate the care that they give to both their clients and the vehicles.
