The service was prompt and very friendly. The staff was professional. Even though it was late they never rushed or seemed bothered. Candice Jones Ben was a lifesaver today when our college son broke down down the road from his shop and didn’t know who to call. He came to his rescue and even took time out of his busy day just talking with my son and getting to know him after he couldn’t get his hands on the part needed to get the vehicle back on the road today. We got there a couple hours later and he was very friendly and welcoming and bragged on our son’s demeanor and said he was a great guy! When I said I wasn’t even sure why my son took that route to his destination - he said “God sent him this way”. Amen to that! I highly recommend this shop and Ben if you need any auto repairs. My son informed us he was very knowledgeable about vehicles on top of being an amazing guy. There are good people in this world and Ben is for sure one of them. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area needing automotive work done!! I pray God continues to bless Ben and his family as well as his business!

Delí Bentley I’d give 0 stars if possible. If you’re alone on the road late DO NOT waste your time CALLING these people they will not pick up! Roadside assistance recommended this “24hour” shop. I had a flat at 10pm called multiple times for my calls to start to be DECLINED. 24hr shop my behind!!

K Called on a Sunday and describe the issue with my car, he knew just what the cause was with the shifter cable. Came out on Tuesday and fixed the issue in my SUV pretty quick. fair price. Honest, very knowledgeable. Will absolutely use again when/if the need arises! Thank you!

Jim Fody We were coming in from out of town to buy a car which needed new tires before driving it home (sidewall damage and eight years old). They helped me select tires for the car and ordered them for me. They contacted me a couple of days prior to my arrival date and advised they had received my tires. When we arrived they worked quickly to get the car in the shop and take care of the tire change. The techs advised me some of the lug nuts were in bad shape and showed me the nearly rounded shoulders and offered some solutions. We opted to change all the lug nuts to new ones. I am very satisfied with the service by the techs and the office personnel who, in my opinion, went beyond in the search for tires, communication, professionalism and kindness.

Latrisca Strozier DO NOT USE... THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long story short i paid over $2100 for front break, back breaks and rotors, struts on 1 side in the front and an alignment. They told me I did not need front rotors but my break light never went off and it still had a shake. I immediately called them to advise although it took me a min to take my car back. I was still under the 12000 warranty they honor but the misdiagnosed/not fully diagnostic and response is what got me. Worst company ever and they do nor have your car ready when they say it will be. AGAIN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THAT WILL REALLY GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY WITHOUT ANY RESCH TO COME BACK ON TOP OF AWESOME CUSTOMERS SERVICE... THEY ARE IMBECILES!!!

Deedee Butler Reliable and friendly service. I called this place because my two young daughters were stranded on 85 with a flat tire 4 hours away from home. Mr Calvin said don’t worry I will have someone there within 30 minutes. They were there in less than 30 minutes to tow them to a nearby tire shop before it closed.

Patrick Soine I took my 2003 Chevrolet Duramax to them for a shifting issue with my transmission. They were the third mechanic I took them to and they were the only ones to figure out my problem and it only cost $250. I had somebody else tell me I needed a transmission for $5500. I’m glad I took it here and after it was fixed it ran perfect

Jeff Waddy I have been in the Automotive repair industry for over 40 years including owning my own repair shop for 15 years before I successfully sold it in 2006. My priority was to always take care of my clients with honesty, respect, affordable prices, and to remember certian situations arise and just do whatever it took to help people out. Doing the right thing will always come back to reward you even if it is not from the same people you did right to. A week ago while I was in lagrange doing business, which is like an hour and a half from where I live, As life sometimes happen, I had a mechanical break down stranding me from getting back home home that evening. A -Tech Automotive was the second shop I stopped at to share my situation and see if they could help.If so it would be great, if not would be ok as well, being in the industry I understood and would work out a ride home. New to the area I was totally on a wing and a prayer especially when I pulled up and their parking lot was packed. I was told no problem let me take a quicl look after I told him what I thought the issue was. Immediately he accesed it, started calling for parts said he would take care of it. I never asked price and told him I would get out of the way and go get me some lunch, he told me where I could walk just down the street like a hundred yards to eat at a great place they eat at weekly. He repired my vehicle, ran diagnostics on it and took it for a good test drive to make sure I should be able to make it all the way home. He came back gave me the price and it was a very fair price as I know the industry and how expensive it is to just survive in it these days due to our cost to operate a class act professional shop. I highly recommend if you live in the area of Lagrange to make A-Tech Automotive your go to Maintenance and repair Facility and tell them Jeff Waddy sent you ! Thank you for being a breath of fresh air in an industry that can have a bad reputation, it is certianly not A - Tech Automotive.
