Pamela Goodwin Took my husbands car to Docs so far Ive been very happy. I went to several shops before choosing this one. Their customer service is impeccable and they have been very fair with pricing. So far so good our car is still there cant wait to see the finished outcome and share the final results!

Cyden “Cyden” I brought my SUV for AC Repair. Tech was a nice guy. Was told it was the compressor. 4/5 and 4/6 $900 paid. AC went out in a few days. I brought it back. Was asked to drive it for a while with leak check in the system to find the leak. I drove it and brought it back. Was told it was the condenser. Scheduled 5/18 for the repair. Paid another $600. After condenser replaced, AC went out again after a few days. At this point it was clear the establishment was unreliable. I brought the car to the shop 4 times in all. I paid $1500 in total, the AC was not fixed. If more time or money was needed it was not communicated. After both repairs I was assured everything was fixed and good to go. Customer trust in the establishments ability to diagnose and complete repair of the AC system was lost. My experience is that the organization is unreliable. I would not recommend this shop to others seeking a diagnostic or repair service on their vehicle nor will I be back.

Jen Reis On a recent family trip to Florida, our truck started leaking coolant late on a Saturday afternoon. It was stressful, but luckily we were just one exit away from Simpson Reliable Automotive in Cartersville, GA. My husband called Josh, and we were relieved when he told us to come right in, even though it was getting late. Josh and his team jumped into action, replacing the water pump and thermostat quickly. Within two hours, we were back on the road, and our trip was saved! The service was outstanding--quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Its clear these guys know what theyre doing and genuinely care about their customers. If you ever find yourself in need of auto repairs, I cant recommend Simpson Reliable Automotive enough. Great service, fair prices, and good people. Thank you for helping us continue our journey!

Jace Armstrong Called around lunchtime and was in a bay by 3:30, a hour later my exhaust was done! He made sure to ask me how and where i wanted it ran and talked me through everything he needed too! Great prices and good work.

Chika Vin I like going to Interstate Tire and Lube. They do good work. Ive been coming here for over 2 years now. They have done my tie rod ends, tires, brakes alignment oil change, etc. They staff are very friendly. they get parts for you from the truck store nearby. They charge you for the service, but when you are in a hurry, that service coming in handy.

Mike Spinale Britney pretty much runs the show there along with Dana LOL. Amazing service and super helpful bunch. Wesley and the rest of the guys have extreme attention to detail when working on the trucks. I came with a 2017 Peterbilt 579 paccar and it needed shocks, torque rods, alignment and pretty much everything. The job should of taking way longer to do and these guys completed it inside out in under 5 hours. I Highly recommend these guys over LOVES and the other shops because not only for outstanding work and two cute ladies working there ; ) but they will do the best they can to work on pricing for You and do a great job at the same time. Angelina Clean, organized, pet friendly, women friendly (they didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes), and great customer service. No appointment needed. I was informed that Take 5’s premium oil change, the one before the highest price, is around $69 at Good Year. What a bargain. I look forward to having a long-lasting relationship with Good Year.

Jen Sewell Literally just left this shop, i blew out 2 tires on highway 75 late last night and no tire shops were open. Ended up walking 2 miles from where i had to leave my car to a hotel right off the exit. Had to walk back on the highway to my car. Upon google reviews, I saw this place had great reviews so I had my car towed there. Michael (i believe thats his name sorry if i got it wrong) & his wife were extremely helpful and nice. I even had a nice conversation with the owners father while waiting for my car to be done. Seems like a nice family owned business! Thank you guys for being so nice on what was a difficult day for me.

Mister J Rude and unprofessional, unfriendly owner and staff and I will never spend another penny with this company. The owner would rather talk on the phone and leave a customer standing there than be helpful. Wants to be argumentative about a referral to him, showing entitlement. Zero communication on work done, all he wants to do is hand a receipt and tell you how much it costs. Beyond rude and I will never do business there again.

Jason McClure I have used Discount Tire for all of my tires for several years. I decided to use Mavis because they also done brake service. I also spent $1850 having my brakes and tires replaced four months ago. So when I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced, they charged me $99 to have my tires rotated and balanced. I will never use Mavis tire again, and I will never recommend them to anyone else. Discount Tire has one my loyalty.

Darryl Tuppins I had a nail in my tire ,right before closing. The wonderful employees at this location assisted my mom me. I was traveling home to Detroit Mi and they took great care of us. I dont know what we would have done if it wasnt for them. Thank you so much. It made our travels home safe in the bad weather. I dont know names but Yall are the greatest.

EM PROTECTIVE SERVICES Very thankful to the owner. Had starter issues at Buc-ees in Calhoun. Not only did he go there and help one of my Officers get the vehicle started. He did it on the 4th of July. It shows there still are amazing people in this world....

Reba Huskins I ended up at Salazar on Saturday after reading great reviews. I called and requested service, he got started on my brakes as soon as I arrived and got it all done same day with excellent customer service. When I hopped back in my car after he worked on it, it sounded and felt like driving a new car!

Christina Kelly Picture it: youre driving to Florida with your 14 yo daughter in order to take care care of your dad after shoulder surgery. Youre 400 miles from home and still have another 450 miles to go when your car starts acting funny. You pull over and the dashboard is lit up with symbols youve never seen before. You turn the car off and you attempt to turn it on again... but nothing happens and your engine wont even try to turn over. AAA tows you to a little repair place and you wait while 2 guys head over and look under the hood. The alternator went out and no one has your part. It gets ordered and will be put in the next day. The people at the shop are super nice. They help you find a hotel and even drive you and all your crap over there. Checked out of the hotel the next day, one of the employees picked us up and drove us back to the shop. My daughter and I were back on the road in less than 24 hrs and it only cost about $500

Debby Thurman I just had repair work done on my Subaru at Fairs Auto. I have to say that I am extremely pleased. Before they started work, the mechanic called to tell me what was needed & gave me a detailed quote to approve before doing any work. They had it done by close of business. The mechanic was Jason & he was awesome. The office staff is courteous, polite & answered all my questions. The customer service person that I dealt with was Tina. Kudos to Fairs & their staff.

Our radiator was damaged on the Interstate and we are go greatful that we were able to rwach Hayes Radiator Repair. He came out and fixed our car on the spot and had us back on the road in no time. I highly recommend

Teresa Vicente This shop— A-MAZING! Due to the recent flooding, my sister’s car had to be repaired, urgently. I took the car by Hayes Shop and he greeted me with kindness and understanding! He immediately began to work on it and it was done by noon. Not only did he replace the radiator, but also the condenser! I also mentioned a problem with the oil and coolant leak and he also fixed and refilled that right up, too! I would definitely recommend this business, 11/10!!!

Mark Kirby These guys have been doing work for me and my family for years. They are trustworthy and top-notch at what they do. They just repaired my mufflers and man Did they sound good? I would highly recommend them for your mufflers or brakes.

Dustin Thomas I got a Flowmaster Super 44 Series put on my 2025 Tacoma and they did a fantastic job. Before-hand I had discussed some things with them, and they were honest and so cool about it. They’re just a family-owned business that has excellent service, great prices (beats anyone in Calhoun), and they do such great work. I’m proud to be a customer of theirs!

Michael Smith Traveling from Florida to Tennessee in my 2003 Silverado 3500 Dually with the Duramax diesel engine. Truck broke down on I75. Thankfully the tow truck driver recommended Summers auto repair. They immediately brought my truck into the shop and diagnosed the problem, showed me the bad wire and repaired it.Highly recommend. A+++++

Katelyn Thibeault HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our truck broke down about 5 miles from the repair shop. They quickly got us in, figured out the problem, drove to get the part which was a transmission control module and got it fixed and we were back on the road in just a couple hours so we could finish our vacation. So thankful for all they did for us!

holly schultz I am giving three stars due to the work on my van was magnificent and fairly priced but it all changed when I brought my jeep in due to oil leak after Walmart oil change. I was told the bolt to the drain plug just needed tightened. it was tightened, I paid 20$ for a quart of oil and was on my way. the next day I wake up to an oil leak coming from the same location. I bring it back in and was told it was now coming from a hairline crack in my oil pan and it would cost me almost 400$. I questioned why this crack wasnt seen the first time and I was told a black light wasnt used the first time. Im wondering why not. I decided to take it elsewhere where my warranty would cover a cracked oil pan only to be told it was a cross threaded bolt like I said the whole time and there is no crack in my oil pan. saved myself 400$. I really trusted Binkleys as they did great work on my van but I left that day in tears because I knew I was being screwed over. also when I pulled up to bring in my warranty paperwork, a worker outside stated "oh more work" and I felt like a bother. as much as I loved this place I probably wont go back.
