Alex Romano Great experience! I recently sent my grandmother and wife up there for service on their vehicles and they provided excellent, fast, friendly service. Brad and the guys up there are very knowledgeable, honest, fair and good people. I trust them to send my family to them and Brad went above and beyond for my grandmother. Thank you very much! I highly recommend for anyone that has motor or repair needs.

Nicholas Torres These guys took two weeks to do a camjob on my ISX then when I paid them and got my truck back it started to leak oil where they did the work. They refused to warranty the work because I bought the parts. I paid them 3400 dollars for it not to be done correctly and for them to not fix thier mess up. Stay away this is what Im left with. They didnt even put the nuts back on the hub fan. A smoke tests done by another shop showed the oil coming out of the front engine cover which was a workmanship problem not a gasket problem. They say I They dont know what that leak has to do with them. Yet they did the work. I wouldnt let them touch my truck ever again and I advise other people to not let them touch thier equipment as well.

Raymond Waterman If you need anything automotive these guys are the most professional crew Ive come across! Their willingness to help out goes beyond caring! When we were traveling with our 5th wheel RV and needed a spare changed out, they showed the exact kind of people they were - the best! Bri UPDATE: Owner was extremely nice and fixed the situation. Highly recommend you do NOT take your vehicle here. Unfortunately my experience at this business was the worst I have ever had. There was a bunch of miscommunication between employees about what was needed and what had been fixed. The mechanic gave me a call the first time I dropped my van off that he was test driving it to make sure the a/c was fixed and wanted to know if he could drive a short distance to pick his daughter up. I was extremely uncomfortable and said sure. I should not have said yes but the employee mike should not have asked such an unprofessional question especially in the manner he did. I was given my vehicle back the first time and told the lock was also fixed but the day before the other mechanic told me I could pick it up because the lock part never came in. I was charged for labor on the lock at this time as well. So I dropped it back off for a second time. I received a call almost a week later that the van was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went within 10mins of the call to pick it up. I got there paid and received the keys. I went and tried to open the door only to discover that it doesn’t open with ease anymore and it wouldn’t shut! I went and got mike instantly and he became defensive blaming me. In order to get the door shut you had to use force which mike did while trying to say that is how it was when I dropped it off. I expect when I drop my vehicle off to be worked on I get it back without new issues. He completely stripped the bolts and put them in to hard/much that it dented my door. He didn’t want to fix the issue that was caused by someone at this business after telling me the work was guaranteed. Now the owner isn’t answering phone calls which leaves me to seek out what my legal options are to have this situation fixed. I tried to attach pictures but it wont let me. So I do have pictures of their work and what it should look like.

Preye Dorgu This was by far the best automotive shop I took my vehicle to. Very honest, responsive owner and mechanic. Friendly folks who explained my vehicles problems, showed me alternative solutions, worked beyond the listed hours to swiftly fix my vehicles issue, and saved me a lot of money in the process. Henry is a great professional and I recommend his services to anyone who values outstanding customer service. I would give this business 6-Stars if I could.

Jordan King Quick response, Quick repair/turn around time, Great prices and Great customer service! I recently traveled to Fort Stewart from Fort Benning as a driver for a friend that was getting laser eye surgery. My car died in the hospital parking lot, and I was unable to get it to even turn over. I gave New Beginning a call and within 20 minutes Manny (who showed phenomenal customer service and professionalism throughout the entirety of my dealings with New Beginning) came in clutch with a jump start and a quick diagnosis of a failing alternator. After just two hours of that diagnosis Manny had the new alternator ordered and delivered, and the team at New Beginning had my car fixed and on the road again. Their pricing for both the part and the service were on the low end of the scale (from what I could find). They even went as far as to offer complimentary snacks/drinks and a comfortable place to wait whilst the repair took place. The remainder of my interactions with the rest of the team were friendly and respectful. As a whole, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with New Beginning, and would highly recommend them as anyones and everyones first choice if theyre having car troubles Im the Fort Stewart area.
