Renee Gardner Stopped to get a steering wheel cover. They also put it on for me. Got down the road and decided that I didnt like the cover. Went back and they took the cover off and replaced it with the one that I liked better. Very friendly staff. They were very helpful. I will be going there again.

Ryan Mcdougal Great customer service and always took the time to explain any other needs to my vehicle that I didn’t know about. They never pushed extra services like others tend to do and the waiting room has quality seating and beverages to make it very comfortable while waiting. I think I have a new place for all my cars needs! Highly recommend this place!

Roxy Pourshoushtari Helpful folks, will squeeze you in last minute if they can, will correct any mistakes on their own dime, and are generally reasonable about what they tell you is needed for your car. They have also been pretty fair about how much they charge. I’ve brought my car here several times and will probably be bringing it back.

Virginia Hayes Had my Xterra fixed here twice and each time they’ve done amazing, my father in law had his truck fixed here, and they did amazing, they even went out a got my car themselves when I couldn’t drive it. Definitely Recommending them to anybody that has car problems!

Toni Evans We have been here several times for our tires. We have always liked Jose, the owner. Posting this is hard for me because this is his livihood, and they are nice people. I do want them to continue to thrive. That being said... I highly recommend being vigilant about the financial part. I bought a part from Auto Zone that someone else was unable to properly put in. I brought the part and car to Jose. Jose had tried charging me again for another alternator telling me that Auto Zone charged him and told me that mine was too beat up for them to use the warranty. He encouraged me not to call Auto Zone and told me he could get the port back but he would have to charge me. I contacted them thinking they were being unfair to him. I immediately called and already had my information pulled up. Auto Zone told me that they never charged Jose for the part because it was recently purchased and I had a warranty. There is no charge on a replacement. He was on another line with them trying to get the port from them to make it look like he was doing us a favor to get our money back. They said they couldnt understand why he was asking for the port. Jose later stated that "corporate " decided to not charge us for the part. We were disappointed because we really like the guy and finding trustworthy people to work on cars is hard. We would not have minded paying the full price if we hadnt already bought the alternator that same month and had not known it was under a lifetime warranty. Auto Zone is Athens was able to pull up all of my information and new all of the transactions and the return of the other alternator. They even delivered the part to him. I do not want this sweet family to lose business. Something dire could have been going on for him to make this decision. We all have our moments. I just ask that everyone use caution and dont be afraid to contact Auto Zone with questions. Its your finances.

Mark Anthony Wanted to charge $120 diagnostic ON TOP of the repair. Said “that’s what everybody does.” My car was overheating on my way from Gainesville to Savannah and I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I made it to Mavis in Thomson and they did the whole job for $205 (replaced thermostat housing) and DIDN’T charge me a diagnostic fee.
