J u location. I purchased a reusable cup, but unfortunately discovered that the lid has a crack, which prevents the cup from sealing properly. I returned to the location to request an exchange, as the item was defective, but was informed that an exchange would not be possible and that I would need to purchase another cup if I wanted one that functioned correctly. I was disappointed by this outcome, as I did not expect a newly purchased item to be unusable due to a defect. I have always appreciated the quality of products and customer service at Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience stood out. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can be reviewed and addressed going forward. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

Katherine West Our entire experience from walking in all the way to the check was incredible. The staff was incredibly friendly. We got the table side guacamole which was the best we’ve ever had and the drinks were amazing as well. The manager was walking around asking how everyone was doing and the venue itself is just so incredibly pretty. This will definitely be a restaurant we eat at on the regular!

Russell Baker I had the grilled salmon and loaded sweet potato - always good. My wife had the burger, her favorite. It never fails to impress. So big, she brought half of it home for later. Our other favorite is the filet steak. Always juicy and seasoned just right. We love the bread that we try not to fill up on while we wait. The server was awesome, as weve come to expect.

Chris Vallee This place is my guilty pleasure! I used to go to the Varsity downtown when I was a kid after Braves games and remembered the long lines and yelling and just couldn’t wait to get some greasy food and go try to find a place to sit. Well now all of that is way up here in Dawsonville without the wait and plenty of seating! I basically was able to walk up within seconds of arriving and order the same things I always did and it still tastes the same as it did back in the 70’s and 80’s!! My favorite is the Chili Burger and Chili Dog Combo with the Onion Rings. They are so greasy but so tasty! They have this cayenne pepper shakers at the tables you can sprinkle anything you want to add some heat to. They have plenty of outside seating as well to enjoy on a nice day. Every time I’m up this way I can’t help but stop by!!

Andre Biggins Kani House delivers some of the best food and dining experiences around. The menu is loaded with favorites—potstickers, dumplings, egg rolls, fresh sushi, and flavorful hibachi with chicken, shrimp, steak, and lobster. The fried rice and noodles are always cooked perfectly, and every dish is consistent in both quality and taste. Service is attentive, the atmosphere is lively, and the portions are generous. Whether it’s sushi or hibachi, Kani House sets the bar high for Japanese dining.

Teresa Meer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love visiting Culver’s! I stop by about once a week, and every single time the experience is wonderful. Customer service is everything!! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. A special shoutout to Joshua (I hope I got the name right!) and Clark! They’re both so friendly and make every visit a pleasure. The owner is also incredibly kind personable and takes time to greet customers, which really makes the place feel like part of the community. The food is always fresh and delicious, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is consistently top-notch. I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. Culver’s has earned a loyal customer in me!

B. Hixson My first time coming here today as I do not live in the area (from Atlanta), but came to shop at the outlet and decided to stop in for dinner. The server Sophie, was very attentive, polite, friendly and fast! The manager was also awesome! I ordered the Merry Berry Margarita it was ok, could’ve had more liquor but if you’re into sweet drinks this one you would like. It may be a holiday seasonal drink though. We orders the pot stickers and spinach dip. The dip was very good and so were the pot stickers. The pot stickers cooked a little longer than the manger would have liked so he had them remade before they even came out and they were good. The manager gave us donuts on the house for this. We both ordered the Lobster and Shrimp carbonara and it was good and creamy. The food was hot, fresh and good! But the service was superb! To be honest I was a bit skeptical as it was obvious we weren’t from around those parts but we received good service and I can appreciate that. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to stop in again!

Seth Sorano Probably the first time going to Olive Garden and not ordering pasta. I decided on the Grilled Chicken Margarita and the quality was there too! I recommend the Strawberry Cream Cake as a light dessert option.

Rosey Posey Best dining out experience in a very long time! I have been to other Applebees locations in years past but, this is the first time I have been to the Dawsonville location. Clista served us, and she was very friendly and professional. Starting from the top I immediately noticed it was QUIET. No crazy loud music blasting, no wall to wall television situation either. There were TVs more near the bar, but I FULLY appreciate that there was plenty of space to dine in peace with no tv in my line of vision. I completely despise going out and see the restaurant with TVs covering every inch of available wall space, right along with loud and unsettling music blasting at ear piercing decibels. Its TOO MUCH! It is very unnerving and does not promote any sense of peace or calm. That alone is enough to drive me away. So, none of that was going on in this Applebees. I appreciate that A LOT! The place seemed clean except a spot where it looked like a small corner table was being used to store condiments and a dustpan. That was a bit unsightly but also would be my only complaint. We were greeted and our order taken promptly. We went with the white queso and chips for the appetizer which was delicious. Our appetizer was a bit late coming out, and we didnt complain but they comped it anyway with out our asking or anything. That was a nice gesture. It shows me they do care about their customers and will do the right thing independently. For my meal I ordered the Cheddar bacon chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was great, but just a tad south of being served hot. Judging by the fact that the fries were crispy and piping hot I am assuming the sandwich was ready before the fries. And that would mean the sandwich cooled a bit before the fries were ready. Aside from that it was a good sandwich. That crispy bacon was just perfect! No one at our table had a complaint about their food. My daughter was pleased with the fish and chips, she really loved the coleslaw which is not something she usually likes. My other daughter had chicken alfredo, and my husband had the A lotta bacon burger. Last thing, parking was great. Plenty of parking! I hate going out and all the good parking is reserved for mobile or app delivery services. I appreciate that they leave parking for people who physically came to dine in. Too many places are giving all the good parking spots to the pick up crowd! I look forward to dining here again, and I regret not giving them a shot sooner! I will likely go out of my way and call their store and tell their manager how nice it was in their establishment.

VT Griffin The food was AMAZING!!! The fried green tomatoes alone was worth the drive. I NEVER order burgers but me and husband shared... based on taste, I needed my own but the serving size was definitely shareable and exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back when Im in the area!
