Anna-Grace Strealy My experience was awesome, thanks to our server Lexy (I think that was her name? With the blonde hair and glasses!). She was super attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Kept our drinks filled and had great customer service. Keep her around! Hard worker.

M CS Got there at 10:55 and folks were already lining up at the door before they opened at 11:00, so you know it’s good. $13.00 even for lunch buffet and drink included. I went today for the Salisbury steak and meatloaf that’s advertised in other Google reviews, but idk if I just somehow missed it but there was no meatloaf, so slightly distraught over that. But the Salisbury steak and gravy did make up for it. And they even had rutabagas! No one does, and that is hands downs my favorite side anytime. Everything was delicious, hot, and filling. There was also someone up there cleaning up the stations and checking each dish virtually the whole time I was there. I went alone and didn’t feel out of place, as there were also several other solo diners. For what you get, 10/10 recommend, and 100% worth more than what you pay.

emily rowell We stopped in about an hour before closing time tonight, and we were immediately sat and greeted by our server, Nessa. She was so awesome and such a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences at this location! Food & service were both great. We will definitely be returning to see her. Thank you!

Cynthia McNeal This place never disappoints, the service is always great even when it is crowded. The food is excellent and there are so many choices of farm to table flare. I love love love the fried green tomatoes! Highly recommend if you have never gone while in Carrollton.

Stacee I had such a wonderful experience tonight! After a long day of not having breakfast or lunch and attending my kids’ Christmas program, I finally sat down for dinner — and Liz made the entire experience amazing. Her service was phenomenal from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Liz turned a very long day into a relaxing evening, and I appreciate her so much for that. Thank you, Liz, for being absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back.

Dawn W Yummy! The food here is great! Very traditional flavors just what you expect from a family-owned establishment. I had the chicken soup and a taco salad. The soup was out of this world. It was so fresh that you could taste every ingredient. Yet it was blended so well. Good salad, fresh and firm lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sour cream perfect. It was a wonderful meal! The waitstaff was nice. I wasnt greeted when I walked in the staff (3 males) were sharing a joke. No big deal, just an observation. Your Pal, Dawn Always an honest review

Jackson White I had such an awesome time at Jefferson’s! The food was amazing, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Olivia was our server and she was incredible — super friendly, on top of everything, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Also, a big shoutout to Michael the manager! He came by our table to check in and was just as great — professional, kind, and you can tell he’s running a great team. If you’re thinking about eating here, do it. Great food, great vibe, and even better people. Ask for Olivia if you can — she’s the best!

Robbin Kaylor We each had the Shrimp and Oyster Basket and a cup of Gumbo. THE BEST oysters I have ever had. Cooked perfectly as was the shrimp and fries. Gumbo was delicious and the tarter sauce was fantastic!

Candi Dunn My son and I enjoy the Big Bear it is a great place to go to and we cant wait to take my daughter Lexy. I was taking pictures of the buffet and a lady that worked there said is everything good and I said oh yes I was taking pictures to share my daughter :)

Just E We walked in about 3pm and we were immediately greeted and seated. We had drinks which were great. I told the server what I was lookingnfor in a drink and she made some recommendations. The drink I ordered was called the Honey Bee which contains Oj among other things and it was sweet and juicy. I really enjoyed it. We ordered pizzas- the pesto paradise pizza and the surf up pizza. The combination of flavors for both pizzas were very good. The crust was literal perfection and the amount of toppings were just right. I also got the dessert trio which contains a piece of tiramisu, cheesecake, and cannolis. The deserts in my opinion were just ok. The service was very good. We will be back for the pizza and to try out some of their other menu items.

Cameron Bohn Excellent meal. We went here to celebrate our anniversary. We found the place about a year ago and tried it just because. Drove 30 minutes just to get the birria tacos for my wife. They are the best shes had. I loved my fajitas served in a pineapple. Horchata was also amazing!
