5 /5 John Fogarty: Went inside for a to go order. I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. But when I went and told them I needed a refund because I had to get back to work they noticed I fell through the cracks. Not a big deal. Fast food can be fast paced. They tried to make my meal but I told them don’t worry about it. I just want a refund because I won’t have time to eat it. The manager came out and got my meal made and gave me a refund. She told me she doesn’t want anyone coming to her Wendy’s and leaving mad and hungry. I’ve worked in food service so I get it. Great service. Danny was great taking my order and the staff was legitimately concerned that I didn’t get my order.

4 /5 Amber Deas: The staff working the night shift this evening were very polite and helped get our order fixed when we were missing an item. Very good for it being the late night shift. I really appreciate the staff being kind and energetic and bringing out orders to cars in this cold weather.

1 /5 Raguseo Elena (Elena - gmail): After waiting 20 minutes, what I received was essentially raw chicken on a bun. It looked breaded, but the inside was completely uncooked, more like chicken tartare than a sandwich. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s a major food safety issue.

I wouldnt come here if it was the last place on Earth to eat. And to top it off she tells me your business isnt needed here. Well by the looks of all your one-star reviews. It looks like you guys need some help. Maybe some new managers. Starting with you

3 /5 nicholas greiner: Food was good but service was trash. 3 cars in line and waited longer than if I had drove across town to get something to eat. Then had to pull forward and wait more when no one was behind us. Service at this restaurant can be horrible or mediocre but never great
