Wendys - Fitzgerald (GA)

1 /5 Ray Dean: I just left the Wendy’s in Fitzgerald myself, and another Caucasian male were standing at the front counter. The person working in the front counter went back into the kitchen. Area stood there on her phone. She looked at us several times, and then she came up there and another male a person of color Walked up behind us and told the lady that he would like to get one of the coffees that they are always making him she got a cup and started fixing his order. If it was an order I think it was free. I have never been in a restaurant where I felt so insulted Another person of the same nationality walked in behind me and was served before I was. This is uncalled for the person working. The front counter should not be allowed to be in customer service. That’s what that is. A customer service job.

5 /5 Alexandria Ivey: We had a big group but they were kind and quick. All of the food was hot and delicious. Quiet atmosphere and friendly service.

5 /5 Heather Thursby: This is the best Wendys that we have ever found and we are truck drivers. Every time we stay in Fitzgerald we always visit this Wendys as it is next to the hotel. One time they mistakenly left part of our order out of our bag and walked it next door to the hotel to give it to us before we were able to notice it. The staff and management deserve praises. We have visited this store twice today.. I just went back around 10 pm and the manager made sure that my order was correct and he and the cashier made you feel welcomed and did not act like you were wasting their time like we run into all of the time around the country. Kudos, for all of yells hard work and exceptional experience that you give your customers.
