Tokyo Sushi & Steakhouse - Toccoa (GA)

5 /5 Beth Umberhandt: Some friends, my son and I went for the first time today. The atmosphere was great. Great lighting. Clean bathrooms. We tried one of the special sushi and also a spicy tuna roll. We enjoyed the habachi fillet and shrimp, fillet with chicken and the chicken. The warm chick broth soup was delicious. I was not a big fan of the ginger dressing but my friends enjoyed the ranch on their salad. My son was not a fan of the sauteed noodles but he really enjoyed the veggies and shrimp that was on top. He enjoyed eating off my plate. Our waitress was very helpful with navigating the menu, telling us about the specials, and some of the popular picks. I was surprised at the price for how much food comes on the plate. We took 2 plates of left overs home.

5 /5 auggie: Went here with my mom because the hibachi place we usually go to wasnt open yet. I got sushi, my mom got hibachi salmon. The sushi and sashimi are fresh and better than I was anticipating for the price. My mom is especially happy with the price and quality of the salmon. Solid place, definitely recommend.

4 /5 L. Michelle Poole: Finally! A *good* sushi restaurant in Toccoa. This place is new so its still clean. The inside is very stylish and theres a cute robot greeter/server as you walk inside. The robot can dance too. The food tasted fresh and delicious. Service was fast. The only drawback is prices are a bit high and sushi rolls are smaller than other restaurants. Looks like this place has lunch specials so definitely will return.

She took such good care of us—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I ordered the Lava Roll sushi special, and it was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. My boyfriend had the steak and shrimp hibachi, and it was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted delicious. From the food to the service, the whole visit was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend Tokyo if youre looking for great hibachi, sushi, and excellent service.

The sushi itself is delicious and feels really fresh. Every roll I’ve tried has been flavorful and well-made, and the presentation is always clean and inviting. It’s become one of those places I know I can count on for good food and a peaceful vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!
