The Cajun Menu - Canton (GA)

5 /5 Gabrielle Spear: Everything was amazing. The food, the service, literally everything. The owner even spoke to us about all of the different dishes, even offered samples of everything for us to try. By far the best Cajun food I have ever had. My toddler who is a picky eater ate his food (he even ate the alligator bites). Every single person that works here is so kind! Will definitely be going back.

5 /5 Donna West: Having recently heard about this new to Canton (they moved from Jasper after outgrowing their former location) Cajun restaurant we decided to give it a try for our Sunday lunch. Let me start by saying run don’t walk to give this local gem a try. Having eaten in New Orleans many times our opinion is that this is possibly the best Cajun food we’ve had outside of Nola. The owners are from LA and use generational family recipes. While we perused the menu we were offered samples of two of their most popular dishes. After our first taste we had no hesitation ordering the Cajun Sampler (red beans & rice, chicken & sausage gumbo, & shrimp étouffée) & the seafood gumbo. Each one was pure bliss with just the right amount of spiciness. We ended our meal with the hot beignets. We ate them so quickly there was only the one left when I remembered to take a quick picture. We are already anticipating trying more of the menu offerings. This spot will definitely be added to our rotation.

5 /5 brooke olschewske: Food is AMAZING. Service is GREAT they are really striving for excellence but they’ve already achieved it. Seafood gumbo was 10/10 and the queso crawfish chips were sooo good. Also they fry in beef tallow rather than seed oils! PS don’t believe the negative reviews they’re fake, I don’t think those profile even ate here

2 /5 Naomi Bills: We have been pretty scared to try this place due to the presentation of the food. We decided to give it a try and sadly our gut instincts were right again. We love cajun food in our family. We were regulars at Wegmans before it burnt down and we frequently visit Wetlands and Henry’s… I get the idea of this restaurant, but it was not authentic. The portions were very small for the price. However, service was phenomenal. I understand it’s a new restaurant and they may still be trying to figure everything out so I will consider trying them again in a year or so. Until then I recommend taking the drive to Alpharetta or Acworth for some tasty cajun food. Pictures with prices below.
