5 /5 Melissa NeSmith: Just had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time at The Bowman House in GA! I ordered the turkey and dressing, fried okra, and mac & cheese—with a homemade biscuit that tasted like it came straight out of Granny’s kitchen. Every bite brought back memories of Sunday dinners growing up. The food is made with love, seasoned just right, and served with true Southern hospitality. If you’re craving comfort food that warms your heart as much as your belly, this is the place. 10/10—can’t wait to go back!

4 /5 Pamela B: Stopped in for breakfast and was not disappointed!! The biscuits were fluffy, the grits creamy and seasoned just right. The bacon was crispy and the country ham added the perfect Southern touch. Service was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere felt like home--cozy, relaxed and full of charm. A true taste of Southern hospitality from start to finish.

5 /5 Tia Ames: Wonderful lunch at the Bowman House! Their fresh cooked vegetables are delicious! Tea, cornbread and peach cobbler with ice cream what a treat!!! They serve home cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner.

5 /5 Rommell Rodriguez: Save this spot on your GPS. Visiting from South Florida, we were on our way to Helen, GA, we started looking for this spot that we visited a few years ago. It took us a while to find this gem again. Don’t expect for the atmosphere to be an upscale venue. It’s decent, it’s cozy, it’s a family home business. Nonetheless, great food and served with love, and the biscuits, biggest I’ve ever had, so you can imagine my excitement when saw them for the first time. I recommend it for a cozy stop while traveling to Helen.

5 /5 Mike Worsham: At the advice of the new owners of Bootys Fish Camp, one of my favorites, go check my other restaurant she says…The Bowman House is Bowman GA. The food was good, reasonably price, good size portions, good flavor. Hamburger Steak with gravy was good, onion rings good, wish we had a bigger portion. Fried Chicken livers were perfect with brown gravy. Biscuits I could die for. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. Young waiters was polite and friendly and helpful. She was honest.. when asked out the fries home cut… she said no, but the onion rings are…. Every one spoke to us and asked about our meal.
