4 /5 K A: Brisket was a little dry but nothing some sauce couldn’t fix. Sides were all excellent and still nice and hot when I got back to my hotel. Would probably try the ribs next time. Mac N cheese was the most outstanding of the meal. Make sure you get that!

3 /5 Secret Times: The menu is so incredibly confusing. Also, the brisket is the saltiest meat I have ever tasted in my life… like wow!!! I could not eat it. I feel like all it was seasoned with was salt. The staff was incredible and very kind. This being the south you should also bread your tomatoes in flour, panko holds a lot of grease. I will maybe give it another chance, but will definitely choose something different to order.

4 /5 LB: I was on my way to a client site, stopped for gas, and started looking for something to eat. I came across this place and figured, why not give it a try? I was seated right away and started looking through the menu. There were several things that caught my eye, but the smoked Reuben stood out — I’d never had one before, so I had to try it. I also added a smoked sausage link on the side. The food came out pretty quickly. The Reuben was generously stacked with meat and tasted like a solid classic Reuben, but I didn’t really pick up any “smoked corned beef” flavor. Still good, just not quite what I expected from the name. The sausage link was a nice addition. I really liked the vibe of the place — a small BBQ spot with a friendly staff. Overall, I’d recommend stopping in.
