5 /5 NostalgiaKarl K.F.: The first thing I noticed when I came inside was the merengue, bachata, and salsa music playing, which was strange to me, considering this is a Oaxacan/Mexican restaurant. Overall, however, this restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants Ive ever been to. I ordered the pozole, which was a bit musty-tasting from all the pork fat, though it was very good otherwise; but they also offer an immense variety of other foods to the point that, had I not looked at the menu before coming, I wouldve found it nearly impossible to decide. I highly recommend this place, especially if youre looking for a Mexican restaurant specializing in food from Oaxaca rather than Jalisco or Michoacán like most Mexican places in Atlanta.
