Taco Bell - Adel (GA)

1 /5 Steve: The value box now cost $9 which isnt much of a value anymore. But it was delicious and our service was impeccable. UPDATE: There were four people in the restaurant and it took us 45 minutes to get our orders. One of them was the $5 box mail one of them was the $9 box meal. Neither of which came in a box. As you can see from the picture of our bag both of our box meals came in a bag with no box. You cant get anyone to come to the counter anymore. I would say the service is absolutely horrible and Im astonished how far downhill this Taco Bell has went in just a year. I cant say that well go back. Its not worth the wait its not worth my time its not worth my money!

1 /5 James Parish: I am very disappointed in my visit today. The employees were friendly enough for a drive thru, the typical "Your total is x, would you like any sauce?" The food, on the other hand. For two people, it cost 23.00 for two 5 layer burritos, a quesadilla, a taco, and two drinks. Its already bad enough that the 5 layer burrito has skyrocketed to 5.00 each, which is 215% of what it cost 10 years ago. The worst part is I paid 5.00 for two bread burritos. No meat. No cheese. No sour cream. 10.00 for a couple of raw, doughy tortillas. The portion control and end bake quality of this location needs a STRONG reevaluation.

1 /5 chris johns: The tacos look like a gorilla beat them on his chest and threw them at the bag. Then picked them up, and tried again.... repeatedly.They literally couldnt have been any more destroyed

4 /5 Aãzaad Hërsh: Ordered online and I was impressed that every single customization was 100% correct—the kitchen team is definitely on their game! However, the dining room needs some attention. The self-serve sauce bins had used packets tossed back in them, and several drink options were out. They were also out of forks. Great food, but the lobby maintenance could use a quick refresh.

1 /5 Steven Robertson: I order 2 bean burritos in which they were called when I got him to the office. The staff making barritos, had no gloves on didnt wash his hand the restaurant was totally in disarray the bathroom looked like a bomb hid it, but thats why hes gone.This far something needs to be done about it
