1 /5 D J: You definitely feel like a burden while ordering your food, believe the recent comments about the staff. Outside of that, my burrito was poorly wrapped, fell apart, and soggy. Given the surprising amount of excellent Latin restaurants in the area, I was left disappointed.

1 /5 Latrice Lee: I ordered nachos which comes with lettuce and to my surprise the lettuce was old and kind of a translucent type color as if it had been frozen and thawed out and they had the audacity to literally place it all throughout my nachos as if I wasnt going to notice it. Most times when I order the nachos which comes with the liquid cheese it always seems to not make it on my nachos or even on the side at best. Theyre charging way too much 16.99 for the big nachos to leave off something thats a part of the dish even after being reminded.

2 /5 Elise Goldstein: Average food and very skimpy portions. Waited 30 minutes past scheduled pick-up time for a taco bar for ten people. Watched as employees meticulously weighed each topping only to find tortillas and chips MIA when we got home. Why skimp on inexpensive ingredients like lettuce? Seriously disappointing.

2 /5 Hayden Mock: I’m sorry to have to post this but the new young staff at Surcheros are not good at customer service. I have watched one of the ladies which I believe to be a manager, bully the newcomers. They get an attitude and run out of things and don’t even try to restock if it’s close to closing time. It’s truly sad.
