Subway - Hamilton (GA)

1 /5 Sandi Martin: Took over 20 minutes for a sandwich via drive through. Appeared as though one person was working and she decided to take the trash out before taking our order. This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to. And $14 for one combo?

2 /5 Ashley H.: We live nearby, so we’ve tried to give this location several chances, thinking maybe they were “just having an off night” last time. However, the issues here are clearly chronic. Firstly, the employees always seem miserable and even bothered to see customers show up. It doesn’t matter how friendly you try to be with them, each one we have interacted with just seemed annoyed from the second we walked up to the counter. Secondly, the meats usually look dried out and even gray/spoiled, the veggies are wilted and soggy, and the bread is rock hard. The only redeeming quality of this particular Subway is the unique building and even that is negated by the fact that it looks like they have never swept or mopped the floors. Kinda over spending $15 for a combo here if it’s going to be gross and the staff clearly hates having customers. Pine Mountain is much better.

2 /5 Christopher Anderson: First and most importantly, the food is good. However, I cant say that for anything else. The employee seemed as if I was pulling hair out just by placing an order. The order was then completed awkwardly slow, and anytime she spoke, it was very quick and aggravated sounding. The store is small, not very welcoming and you wouldnt know it was there unless youve been. But, the food is good, and thats what Im there for. Ill be back.

1 /5 Fuller Mason April (Summer): They refused to make our sandwhiches because we had eight. They are lazy !!!! They always have an attitude. This was the manager mind you. She said she has been there a year and the old one trained her! That’s the problem right there! The owner needs to get involved as many problems as people Have with this subway!
