1 /5 Robyn Spires: The ladies were helpful. A new employee was there when I visited to pick up dinner. A simple mistake was made and needed to replace sandwiches. They were understanding and kind, but the manager needs customer service skills , badly. I received a lecture on how much each sandwich cost, in front of friends and everyone I the restaurant and that he lost, and I win. He lost $20! I had even tried to correct the mistake myself, but the only solution was to make new ones. No plans on going back, not after that humiliation!
