2 /5 Sabrina Alvin: If you want to be treated like you don’t belong go to Swainsboro Popeyes! Not only did we get told we would have to wait for the next shifts cook to cook the chicken I wanted but then was treated as if we were the problem n absolutely not friendly at all!

1 /5 FCS Developments: We ordered food and realized that they forgot my chicken fingers and straws for all our drinks. We just came back, it’s 10:36pm. The guy in there kept hiding in the back and wouldn’t see what we needed. Hours on here says yall close at 11pm.

3 /5 Anna Saraceni: Service unfortunately has gone down. Have to wait of chicken to be cooked because they didnt have any ready cooked.. at 6p! Employees gossiping about other customers in from of customers. The owner probably doesnt know whats going on in his store. Figs is always good.. but poor service

4 /5 Donna Taylor: Not as clean as it should be, no one was in the restaurant at when we got there tables and seats needed cleaning,and floor and restrooms, this is very important to keep these areas CLEAN if your running a restaurant,it tells CUSTOMERS HOW YOURE KEEPING YOUR KITCHEN and HANDS CLEAN as you are PREPARING THEIR FOOD.my family likes eating at popeyes so do better please we want to keep coming back.THAnK YOU!!

1 /5 Texas rebel 4x4: Just stopped to get dinner ordered two large meals told them exactly what I wanted one meal was wrong ordered classic due to allergy issues and was given spicy instead was missing side item out the order also did not bother to tell the manger bc they simply do not care this has not been the first time it happened they do not listen or care what u order they just give u what they feel like giving you
