Pizza Hut - Chatsworth (GA)

1 /5 Fabiola Quintero: Ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to my house. I recieved the order and everything was incorrect including the toppings and the sauce on the wings. We called the phone number for the Chatsworth location and I got transferred 4 times to the local store and no one ever answered to help us resolve this issue. After multiple attemps my husband went down to the store to possibly get it corrected or a refund and he was greeted by two very rude employees. The name on the reciept is Paxton. My husband was pretty upset so I can understand frustration from both parties, but very unprofessional from both of them which one was a lady and the other a skinny male. Never again are we ordering from this place because the service was horrible & no way to get it solved in a timely manner. I had this issue with another pizza carrier and it was resolved immedietaly and also delievered. Horrible!

5 /5 Wayne Schindler: Good sit down service. Very nice waiters and staff. Good food have eaten here twice. We were disappointed that the buffett did not have a salad bar like years before

1 /5 Sheyenne Watkins: This place needs to hire younger management. The night shift manager is DISRESPECTFUL & DISGUSTINGLY rude to customers, and I find hair in my food from HER, it’s dirty blonde. PLEASE SOMEONE REPLACE HER!

3 /5 Crystal Kemp: Wings were very good. Pizza had all my toppings right in the middle which made it soggy and not cook properly in the middle. Very disappointed in the pizza. Cheese stix were good cinnamon sticks were fine. Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Store is looking very run down and tired.

1 /5 Jamie Harrison: I stood by myself for over 10 minutes trying to pick up an order. This girl in the picture here ignored me the entire time. This is one of the worst Services Ive ever had anywhere in a Pizza Hut and Ive been all over the US visiting Pizza Hut. Never had I had so many ignore me so thoroughly that I didnt want to pick up my order. This poor excuse for employee needs to be retrained
