Papa Johns Pizza - Waynesboro (GA)

1 /5 J. C.: If I could give 0 stars I would. A few days ago I ordered 2 shaq-a-ronis thinking it would be good. Boy did my family and I have a big surprise. The pizza had maybe 25 pepperonis on them each there was no extra cheese like it says. They tasted nasty like they had been sitting for days. The crust was hard. The guy tried charging me $44 something for them when they are on sell right now for 12.99 a piece. So I went back tonight (4-30-25) to say something about it. The only thing he offered was to make both shaq-a-ronie and give a 10% discount. So about $2 off each pizza that is so wrong. You dont make people pay for your mess up. He doesnt wash his hands before touching the dough to make the crust. He will touch everything before prepping your pizza. It is the nastiest pizza restaurant I have been in. This guy is supposedly the manager. If he is truly the manager he is a nasty man. You are suppose to wear gloves and be washing your hands before you prep food anywhere. They will make someone really really sick. There is suppose to be 66 pepperonis on a shaq-a-roni so why did they only do about 25. Yes I called anther papa johns and found out how many is on them. So if anyone cares how their food is made then dont go here.

2 /5 LeighAnn Fekete: I saw the add on the shack pizza. Price is a good deal. Service was great. And food made quick. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is , my pizza crust was burnt and they didnt show me the pizza before I paid or I would of noticed it was burned on crust edges. We were so hungry we ate it anyway. My husband said he liked it a bit crispy. But I could taste burned taste every bite. I might give them another chance but not this pizza.

1 /5 Bridget: So apparently if Papa Johns delivery is too busy to deliver your order they contact Door Dash to deliver it. Showing up with a carload of people and then turning around in my yard bc you passed our house makes you look pretty bad.

1 /5 Megan Kornegay: Ordered and paid for our food. Guy took order and took money, no gloves, went back to making food without washing hands. Went back to pick up food, same guy who Im assuming is the owner, went outside after his delivery driver and came back in proceeded starting to make pizzas, again without washing hands. Our pizzas were half cooked, barely any toppings put on the pizza. We wont be back.

1 /5 Donald Tew: I purchased a pizza there tonight for dinner and took it home. I ate half of one slice and it tasted awful. I’ve been buying pizza there for. 13 years and never an issue. I returned to the store for a refund. Being in food service for many years for me to return food it has to be absolutely awful. It was!!! I was told too bad. Eat the pizza or eat the $22.00 dollars but no refund.
