Panera Bread - Monroe (GA)

2 /5 Danielle Mills: Ordered a Strawberry basil lemonade from kiosk. I went to the window to clarify that I wanted light ice. The person at the service window said OK but did not mention the fact that they were out of strawberries and basil. When I received my drink, I looked puzzled because there were no fresh strawberries or basil in it. When I inquired about it I was told they were out of strawberries and basil but they did not offer to correct it or make me a different drink. I also ordered the tomato soup but when I got home I had broccoli cheddar soup. The food is decent but the order is not correct. It seems like if you dont have the ingredients to make the item, you should take the item off the menu. At any rate there was plenty of opportunity to make the order right, but nah......

1 /5 Amanda Irvin: Went through drive thru at lunch time at the Monroe location. Ordered the sandwich and soup meal. Got the barbecue chicken with the broccoli cheddar soup. That sandwich is the wrong bread, soup was watered down. Soup was like broth, had to doctor up when we got home and was still like broth. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Was better off going to longhorns for the soup and salad lunch.

2 /5 Josh Hairell: I was asked to stop by and pick up a bear claw by one of my family members as I was passing through I asked if they had bear claws and I was told yes I pull through the drive-thru and received my pastry not knowing what a bear claw actually is because Ive never had one before I drove 20 more minutes to deliver to find out that it was something called an almond bar or something like that and they do not actually serve bear claws so I feel like the staff is under trained and does not know what they are selling
