3 /5 Gena S: Although the server was super friendly, he mustve been new at this and the kitchen may have had issues. We were the only table here at 5:00. It took long enough for the 8 of us to get drinks that we were like, "Where did he go?" Four got their salads first and were completely finished before the other four salads came out. Id ordered coconut shrimp as my dinner, but it wasnt served with the rest of the food. When he came back to check on us, (like 2/3 min)I asked for the shrimp & he said he forgot them & would be right back. He stopped at a fresh table of 7 to take drink orders before going to get my dinner. When he finally brought it, the plate was so hot it burnt my hands, leaving me to believe it mustve been made with the salads and sat under the heat lamp for that 20+ minutes, even though he said he would put it in as an entrée. My son ordered a specialty lemonade and waited over 15 minutes for that. For the restaurant to be so empty, the service was very disappointing. The server did clear the table throughout the meal, but upon leaving we saw alI of our removed dishes on a table next to the new table the server had taken! They seem to be lacking enough staff to offer appropriate service and are definitely lacking in training the server on the flow of waiting on multiple tables. I hadnt been to this restaurant since an incident in 2008, but came here for my friends BD. Based on the service, it might be another 17 years before I go back.
