1 /5 Ms Juicy: My most recent experience was so disappointing. This was one of my favorite locations. My company and I will no longer use this location after todays experience.
The experience was honestly terrible. I was placed on hold 4 times back to back. When I picked up the order, the trashcan nachos were just barely halfway full. You pay almost $20 for these. The lady we were dealing with was extremely annoying. If you make your order curbside, it is placed as curbside for a reason. I had to drive back to have my food replaced and still told I need to come inside when I was not feeling well. It also was not ready for replacement upon arrival. When I dine in, the experience is never like this! This is only something I experience with curbside orders. I will have to find some where else to go to pick up client orders and to do client lunches. Consistency is something you should be able to provide. You all make sure you find a way to tax on those extra charges for pickup orders. Put the same amount of energy into providing well established customer service with each visit.
Update: Order remade incorrectly -_-. Called back and spoke with a manager. I think her name was Shelby. She said that you just have to double check it. I thought it was there job. Over talked me multiple times. I expressed that shes the one on the clock and not me. Order was messed up 2x in a row! The food was for an appetizer for a meeting.
