Mystic Grill - Covington (GA)

5 /5 Dillon Atkins: We have been to Mystic Grill twice now, the first time was over Thanksgiving. Obviously we are fans of the show "The Vampire Diaries". Our server (Miles) was amazing very helpful, friendly, patient, and full of facts about the show and where to see filming locations. The food was wonderful and very filling! We enjoyed it so much that now (Christmas time) we are back in Covington and we went back to Mystic Grill and asked to be put in Miles section specifically. Once again, great food, great atmosphere, and Miles was great again. We look forward to the next time. A discount at "The alley Shop" when you show your receipt from the restaurant is an added bonus!

4 /5 Kid JL: I especially enjoyed their food. The fried tomato was something I never tried before and the sauce really complemented the dish which had great texture as well. The steak also had amazing smoky flavours and the sauce really complemented the meal as well. I do feel like however that the mashed potato would have been better without all the clumps and my medium rare steak was a bit too rare for me as well. The service was a bit overwhelming. The waitress was friendly and smiley but they would keep interrupting our conversations abruptly. Then after the main dishes were served, before we had the chance to take a couple of bites, they were already back asking us what we wanted for dessert. It felt as if they wanted us to be out of the restaurant as soon as possible. After a couple more bites, no one in the party had finished eating, the waitress came back to ask us how we were going to split the bill. The behaviour and service just felt a bit rude and made us feel unwelcoming. The place in itself had a great atmosphere. There were really cute festive decorations and our table was isolated which gave us more space and made it easier for us to talk to each other.

4 /5 Jina: We haven’t been to the Mystic Grill in forever but oh it was so cozy for the holidays! We love coming here when in Covington Square as it holds so much nostalgia. We sat on the roof which was nice and quiet. The service was quick and the waitress was super nice. The first time the food came out it was cold, but she was super quick to get it warm for us. We got the blackened shrimp Alfredo and it was pretty flavorful, I would totally get again! The fries were also delicious. We did get two drinks and they were just alright. Would not recommend their cocktails. Overall Mystic Grill holds a special place in our hearts and we love visiting during the holidays!

4 /5 Sara Johnson: Definitely fans of the Vampire Diaries so HAD to come! They had it decked out for Halloween as Harry Pottor themed and Christmas with Santa on the roof! We visited Mystic Falls for a trip and went every day! The Damon pancakes were average but fun. You HAVE TO get the pimento cheese and dip the fries!! Best thing on the menu! The sweet tea fried chicken was ok, green beans over cooked but mashed potatoes were good. We also go the fun Specialty cocktails! Our favorite memories was just sitting inside and enjoying being at the grill! Our favorite waiter was Miles!! He is just the best! He remembered us after coming back 2 months later and took us up to the roof! Definitely worth going each day!
