1 /5 Amanda Yates: First time trying this place and I ordered the steak hibachi dinner to go. It was handed to me in about 5 minutes. That means my steak should still be pink in the center and juicy. It was not. It was shoe leather dry and tough. It was obviously already cooked and sitting on the grill for a long time because it was extremely overcooked to the point of being dry, leathery tough, and burnt in some places. It’s literally inedible. To make things worse the rest of the food was bland with a ridiculously small portion of vegetables that was 95% cabbage and 5% carrots and broccoli. No onion and no flavor. The rice had a really good texture but is the only positive part of this experience.
I got my order to go and it’s a good thing I did because the inside of the restaurant was at least 85 degrees with no fans or anything moving the hot, stagnant air. I broke a sweat waiting 5 minutes and was eager to get back outside to the 95 degree weather. Yes, it was that bad.
I was hoping for a good experience but I didn’t have one.
