1 /5 Ava Harris: i went in today and it was my first time trying it. my brother has had it before but at a diff location he said it was goood and affordable price so i went. i got a cheese burger, fries and a walking taco. my brother got a cheese burger, fries , and cheese bites. we get our food and my brother has 3 cheese bites… they’re so small and the size of a dime. we were disappointed. why be stingy with food. and then my walking taco was disgusting, no jalapeños, and anything else. they only put processed cheese and chilli, and sour cream. how disappointing. the food was literally disgusting i spit it out. the burger need seasoning and STOP USING PROCESSED CHEESE FOR THE CHEESE FOR THE BURGER JUST USED SLICES OF CHEESE ITLL TASTE BETTER. overall i wasted $20 on food that was so nasty. i don’t recommend

1 /5 Jessica Ray: i work 3rd shift and ordered the small hamburger tray for lunch. when i went to heat up my burger i found this little bittle slab of meat that looks like a krystal burger. thin as paper and not worth the money i spent. i am pregnant and super hingry and disappointed

5 /5 Charles Day: Lets call the experience quick casual. As you can see me and the 10-year-old decide to try a little bit of everything. You try the hot dogs corn dogs hamburger and the BLT... Although not gourmet everything tasted as it should and was Temped correctly. Some of these sides you can see are coleslaw cheese curds onion rings and the walking taco. Entrees are fairly priced and include two sides although small filling and a drink you can upgrade to a shake as well... The shakes do not disappoint. I would definitely eat here again.

1 /5 Connor OConnor: It was my first time going to cook out and I asked what their signature food was, like what are they best known for. I didn’t get a good answer from the lady behind the counter and asked to just order whatever I wanted. Hey I’m trying to talk to you like a human. At least tell me what your personal favorite menu item is. Quit acting like a robot behind the counter. Anyway, I did order a burger and I’m glad I did because otherwise I’d be wondering if I missed out on something. The food was basic and frankly I think overpriced for what I was given. A standard burger. Nothing special about it honestly. The only thing that stood out was the price tag and regret for paying that much. Bad service. Mediocre food. Too expensive.

1 /5 Samantha Bradburn: I would have left ZERO stars if that was an option. Was heading home (a hour away), around 9:30pm and decided to grab a quick bite. Ordered for myself and my husband, 2 cheeseburger meals with LARGE fries and LARGE coke and sweet tea. We received what seemed to be reheated burgers, one plate with large or “double” fries, the other plate had regular serving, one large drink and one regular size. Being mad instantly about the drinks, we asked for the receipt, we were given our bag of food and two young girls were observed DIGGING in the TRASH for our receipt, which was NEVER offered to us which is why we asked for it. My husband then told them never mind as one of the girls tried to hand it to us. Once we pulled off, I was able to check our food and discovered the portion size issue, as well as the quality, not only were the burgers reheated, the fries had been sitting for a while as well. And obviously the management at this location responds to the reviews with a COPY and PASTE, so I will be calling this location to speak to hopefully a competent manager tomorrow and will be calling Corporate as their COPY and PASTE response advises to do so!
