McDonalds - McRae-Helena (GA)

2 /5 Patty Jean: I order online. I always get my husband a quarter pounder. They dont make one without cheese but I always customize and click on NO CHEESE. 9 times out of 10 I get it home and there is cheese on it. They did it again today. What is so hard about no cheese!!!!

4 /5 Ethan Cox: Havent been to McRae but came to get a quick bite and it was quite empty and the tvs and self serve were all down but the food was pretty good. Nice little Mcdonalds.

1 /5 Jason Williams: I traveled from Florida to attend my nieces graduation staying in a hotel at 10:40pm I did a mobile order on the way and paid for it thro the app when I got there the lights were off and the door was locked so I tried to go tho the drive thru but there were two cars blocking the drive with no one in them so I go around to the window and the girl says were not taking anymore orders and I said I already ordered so she gets another person and he says the same thing I asked him why and he says the night manager needs a break so there closing early and I said well what am I supposed to do everything closed already and I already paid for my food and he talls me to go home and cook I told him I cant because Im in a hotel and he says I dont know what to tell you. Im really upset I had to go this morning and talk to the manager and she seemed like she really didnt care it was a horrible experience and someone should be held accountable for it!

1 /5 Heather Lowery: The past two times we’ve visited this McDonald’s the service has been really disappointing. We’ve had to wait far too long for our food, and when it finally comes the orders are almost always wrong. Both times the staff had to come back and ask what we ordered, and acted confused, which doesn’t give much confidence. I try to treat my kids here because they love McDonald’s, but the experience has been so frustrating that it makes me not even want to come back. I really hope management works on improving the speed, accuracy, and overall service at this location.

2 /5 Zack: Slow as hell. You never know how long your order is going to take. You could be the only one in line and youll be sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting on your food. Some days you get it immediately, other days they make you pull up and forget about you. You better clear your schedule when you come here
