1 /5 Juané Schoeman: I think Im done with McDonalds for a while. For the past year, Ive consistently been getting horrible service and my orders have been incorrect 90% of the time. From wrong items to half filled drink to missing dressings on burgers... and much more. I just drove through this McDonalds for food halfway through my 5 hour drive, only for there to be barely any fries in the container and the wrong burger (despite clarifying at the window). Atleast they gave me a full cup of water.
Ive been handed half filled drinks before with the employees looking me straight in the eye with no care. Ive worked in the food industry before, I know how difficult and tough it can be at times (especially when short-staffed), but I also know its not an excuse to get peoples orders wrong, especially when they paid for it. And its not even area specific, Ive gotten horrible service in all areas.
And if the horrible service doesnt turn you away, just make sure you check your order before you drive off so you can atleast enjoy the correct food items with the correct quantities you paid for.
