1 /5 Mary Reasoner: The food took over an hour to come out. Seriously, people walked in AFTER we ordered and they were finished, paid and left before we ever got our food. We were only a party of 3 so it really shouldnt have taken that long. Then, my order was completely wrong. The waitress told me that I ordered the salad... no Maam, I hate salad, I would have never ordered this. She said she would fix it.. but it took another 30 min for my nachos to come out. My daughters were finished by that time. One kid ate her food but my other kid ordered steak.. and yall... this was basically beef jerky! It was full of gristle and she could barely chew it.. it was awful! (See pic! ...thats how she left it, it wasnt even edible). My food comes and it was so gross. The onions and chicken were so greasy... it made the chips all soggy and had very little flavor - other than the cheese dizzled on top and grease. The waitress asked us twice for a to-go box. We declined both times. We didnt eat it here, we sure aint gonna eat it at home, where I can cook 10× better than that in a fraction of the time! Oh, I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. Im pretty sure there was ZERO alcohol in it at all. She did refill the kids drinks once. I over tipped her $10 but that was only me being nice... that was terrible service. They werent as busy as the other Mexican restaurants... and now we know why! We wont be back.
I promise, I am not a complainer... look at my reviews! I usually review when I love a place... but this was so bad, it deserved a bad review.
