1 /5 Gary Pate: The manager chewing out the waitresses because of what the customers were requesting in front of the customers, stating "He was the Manager and the waitresses were just employees! Burnt toast with every order! He was scraping the black off the toast! My pork chop was raw ,food was cold! The only positive experience was the waitresses! On our way out another couple was having similar complaints and vowed to never return as long as that manager was there! My wife and I wont be returning either!

2 /5 Payton Moore: I’m not sure who the owners are of this place but I feel sorry for them. The staff they have running the business are so unprofessional. Having inappropriate conversations right where customers can hear and making it a point to laugh at what the customers order. Had to change my order twice because they “didn’t have” certain items. Waited an hour for food because the cook was nowhere to be seen when we got there and placed our order. The waitress was sweet but she honestly wasn’t very attentive and every time I looked up she was just sitting down on her phone reading reviews of the business out loud and making jokes about it .While we were there another family had to come up to the counter to request a cup of coffee because no one had checked on them. The food was mediocre at best, the pancakes were still raw in the middle and our order wasn’t right. My fiancés hash brown bowl had 2 hairs in it. We didn’t stick around to find more. Overall the owners need to revisit who they have representing their business because if they don’t, I’m not sure how much longer this place will be open.

1 /5 Ernie Wilkinson: I was at the 3 squares on moultrie road between 12-1 am on 10-20 . I repeated my order multiple times to the employee to make sure it was right. I ordered 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches and an empire burger. She added a club sandwich to my order I told her twice I did not order that. She assured me she took it off my bill. Once I payed for my food I saw she charged me for it anyways when I brought it to her attention her reply was “what you want me to do about it?” I asked for my money back but she refused she said I had to wait til the next day when the manager is there. This is theft it’s completely unacceptable how can you charge someone for something they didn’t order nor did they receive and then refuse to give their money back? How many other people have they done this to ?

1 /5 Marvin Drayton: This was my first time visiting Three Squares. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful; however, the chef and manager need additional training on hospitality and food service. When I arrived, the restaurant was completely empty and the chef was sitting in a car outside. When the waitress went out to let her know a customer was waiting, she took her sweet time and continued her conversation for a another minute or so. When she did come in, she reached for gloves without washing her hands. When I said something about it, she said she washed her hands earlier and hadnt touched anything. I asked for a refund and it took 10 minutes between the 2 employees to get a manager on the phone. When she did, the manager said I would need to come back in the morning. I made it clear that wasnt going to work and eventually got my money back and went to Waffle House.
