1 /5 Eva C: I ordered pick up from this location and I ordered the 22oz porterhouse steak. I took this back to the restaurant because the cut was so thin and it was overly cooked like rubber. The lady behind the bar stated this was exactly what I ordered. In disbelief, I disagreed. She asked if I wanted the manager, and I said Yes. She went and got the manager, he looked at it and then looked at me and said, this was exactly what I ordered and was given to me by them in the back!
Since this is considered a 22oz porterhouse, which was well done and very dry, and wasn’t medium like I asked, RUN!!! They are LIARS and will take your money! This steak barely has any meat, and they overly cooked it that it’s like leather! This is a steak we can get at Waffle House that they are passing off as a porterhouse steak! They should be ashamed of themselves!! I wanted to get a refund and to put in a new order for their outlaw
ribeye, instead, which is what I always order and have no issues, but the manager stated that they were closed. So, they will not accommodate you, either, and just stare at you for having an issue with them lying and playing in your face.
I’m disappointed because I never had any issues at this location. It has always been a pleasant experience. But this was such a shame for them to take advantage of customers like this. I posted this on my social media page, also, as I have over 11k followers.
