1 /5 Abigail Schwitz: I called in an order to lil ceasers in Carnesville,ga around 4pm to pick up by 6. When I got there it was about 6:50. They waited u til I walked in to place my pizzas in the oven which made me have to wait til about 6:07-6:10. What is the point in calling in an order to be ready at a certain time if it isn’t going to. Not only did I have to wait for my pizza, but they messed it up. They were supposed to be crazy crust pizzas,and they were not. Two different people dressed my pizzas (I seen it with my own eyes). When the last pizza came out the worker must not have known what crazy crust was because he looked confused (does he need to be retrained)? He then continues to put butter on the crust and drown the pizza in the Italian seasoning before I could say anything and stop him. He then grabs my other pizza out the warmer and asked if it was supposed to be crazy crust too. That is when another employee had to come over and stop him from doing the same thing and had to show him that he is supposed to use Parmesan not Italian seasoning. One of my pizzas wasn’t even done all the way. So disappointed in the management for not training better and for the employees for not caring about giving a decent experience.
