1 /5 Allison Buckner: Waited over 12 minutes for our drinks and food to be ordered. Another table that arrived after us got their drinks first (we had a similar size party for reference). The hush puppies were burnt to a crisp, and the popcorn shrimp was doughy/undercooked. The water had a chemical/rusty aftertaste, when I ordered a Diet Pepsi I was instead given a diet Dr Pepper (I know they had both as I saw another customer with Diet Pepsi). Our waitress was very forgetful and often disappeared for long periods of time. My uncle is diabetic and has to watch his sugar intake, he always orders unsweetened tea. The waitress only ever brought out sweetened tea and when he asked for a refill she completely forgot for over 10 minutes and we had to ask another waitress to get it. Last but not least we were doubled taxed on our food as the appetizer was rung up on a separate ticket without our knowledge until we had to pay. We ordered our appetizer at the same time as the other food and do not understand why this happened. That’s like taxing for each meal instead of taxing the total bill. This has never happened at any other restaurant I’ve been to! Very disappointed as when I normally come here it’s much nicer experience.
