1 /5 River Chic Designs: Spent $ 22 tonight, and came home to 8 burgers that were covered in Mold. The onion rings were nasty and called to speak with someone and of course no answer. Dont waste your money - it is pathetic

1 /5 Jeff Aultman: I always dread coming to this Krystal, but I can’t help craving the food. The customer service is consistently terrible. For example, if you come in the morning and order non-breakfast items, the staff acts like it’s a problem. They ignore you when you ask simple questions, like how long it will take—even if you ask more than once. The food may be good, but the service really brings the whole experience down.

2 /5 Moultrie Heatingandcooling: I am not want to complain much as I am a business owner and understand things Happens but when it takes 45 minutes to get anything you order Yeah, it is ridiculous. There is no reason it should take 45 minutes for three bowls of chili three crystals and three fries. Please inform us when you have new management and it won’t take so long to get our food and we’ll be back.after I completed this I started reading all the other reviews so I came back to say Iit looks like we wast our time by giving review because after all the bad reviews nothing has changed

1 /5 Roderick Nahlen: I ordered my food online at 1:55. I go to store to pick it up. I get there around 2:10 which should have been plenty of time make my order or at least start it. I stand at the counter for about 10 minutes before a worker acknowledged my presence. I told them I had an order to pick up and was told it had not been started yet. 5 minutes later another employee tell me they are getting ready to start my order. This is about 2:30. Around 2:45 ,I am asked what am I waiting for. I told them I was awaiting my order at which I was informed they had forgot me and not started it yet. That is 50 minutes waiting for "fast food." When asked about a refund I got a blank stare. And before Krystals tells me to go the app to contact them, I did.

1 /5 Heather Arline: I ordered grits with sausage gravy and they brought out grits with gravy that looked like water with no sausage in the gravy so I took the order back and the lady said I don’t know I’m not the cook and just stared at me like I was stupid. She plainly saw the soupy grits and gravy so I threw the grits and gravy away. She did not offer me my money back or anything .
