5 /5 Winship Matthew: I have had the opportunity to dine at Kats on two separate occasions. I was not disappointed. First I must talk about the loaded Nachos. This is a large plate of nachos. The best part is that the cheese is not only on top but they layer the cheese and ingredients into the chips. The onions and peppers were grilled to perfection. This could easily be a meal onto itself. The fried shrimp plate is very delicious. An interesting thing about the sandwiches is that you can get each sandwich with a burger, fried or grilled chicken. You can really get it your way at Kats.
