5 /5 BRAD Mears: Jo-Max is one of the best BBQ restaurants in Georgia. Everything Ive ever had has been delicious and fresh. The service is always good and its usually busy. The daily specials good. On of my favorite items is the homemade 15 layer cake. Outstanding!!!

5 /5 teresa schum: It wasn’t our first time in this restaurant. We love to stop here whenever we are around the neighborhood. Food is yummy! Service is friendly and welcoming. Environment is awesome with plenty of tables. We order quarter of chicken with baked beans, sweet potatoes fries and corn bread. Texas burger that had pulled pork, bacon and onion rings between the bread. Ribs with coleslaw, sweet potatoes fries and corn bread.

4 /5 Kenneth Gosden: Ribs were small and under seasoned. Not much smoke in the chopped brisket. Excellent limas. Brunswick Stew was on the sweet side.

5 /5 HoneyB: The place was crowded but the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I ordered the pulled pork meal. The meat was juicy and the sides were delicious. I will definitely be eating there again.

4 /5 Reviews Wanderlust: Stopped for lunch. Very busy. Great prices. The food was good. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. I had the combo plate with ribs & brisket chopped, as they were out of space. The ribs were delicious, but the chopped brisket was disappointing--it was a lot of fat and gristle. The sides were good. Id go back but not get chopped brisket.
