5 /5 Debbie Ingram: Your bbq rib sandwich is the best one I have ever eaten. I would eat it every day, if possible. McDonalds McRib better watch out. Your fries also are the best. Im on a fixed income and Jacks is my once a month treat.

5 /5 Jason Underwood: I didnt get her name but the African American lady who was working the register, probably around 4pm today, 12-16-25, was super friendly and helpful. This is the best service Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. I had never eaten at a Jacks before. She went through the different options with me pretty thorough. The store was also very clean.

3 /5 Patrick Hammer: The biggest part of customer service, is listening! My order is always the same, #3 with no ketchup add extra pickles, make it large with an Arnold Palmer. I’m very consistent, as these folks are at getting it wrong every damn time! It’s bullshit!!!

1 /5 Jeannie Blackburn: Today we come in and got chicken. It was the wings and the 3 piece dinner. Wanted to try again. This is the 4 time my order has been wrong. Got fries and loaded mac and cheese when it was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy and regular mac and cheese. Im very disappointed in this. This happens every time I come down there. Dont think I will be back. Will go somewhere else from now on.
