2 /5 Marsha K.: Nestled in a new part of Covington, GA is a new Huey Magoo’s. If you like flavorful food, this may not be your spot. However if you have dietary restrictions, aren’t a big flavor person and don’t mind the total lack of accommodations for differently abled people! This is your spot!
Let me start by saying the ableism is LOT. If you have a family member who has special needs this is NOT the store for you. We decided to go through drive thru and that was not user friendly.
Now let’s talk about the process, you take a picture so you have to use a QR code to order. Note no other option is given to you. You have to order it on the app, hate it for you if you cannot see! Nothing that says that if you need help come in or anything .
Food- the food was ok as long as you aren’t a fan of seasoning. The chicken is lightly breaded with an extreme lack seasoning and they seem salt conscious as there seems to be no salt.
The chips were kettle like and tasted a little unseasoned. The bread was pretty good, not very seasoned or salty.
Full transparency, I am not going back. This was not a yummy nor delicious experience and I really did not enjoy it! I was so excited to try it. I hope these are simply growing pains.
