LongHorn Steakhouse - Covington (GA)

4 /5 Kid JL: The portions are absolutely massive. The side salad can be considered an appetizer and the appetizers were so big as well. The price was acceptable, around 30$ for the steak and 10$ for the sides. The food itself was pretty good. I especially enjoyed their steak which had great flavours and the inside was still tender and juicy which was great. The Caesar salad though was a bit too salty for our liking. The service was nice and patient. They were friendly as well which made the night more enjoyable but it depends on the waitresses, some of them were a bit more gloomy.

4 /5 JENOCIDE JENNY: My husband and I have been dining at this location for many years now and have always had exceptional experiences with the food and service, however our most recent visit fell short on the service side! Fortunately for us the Manager Clint smoothed everything out and we still left happy! Thanks Clint for understanding how important customer service is!!

4 /5 Eric Cox: After a 45 minute wait time turned into an hour and a half, we were finally seated. Our server was friendly and did a great job considering where his other tables were located and the fact that kitchen was backed up due to a large party. The food was not bad and most of table got our food at the same time. The kitchen made a couple of mistakes on our parties order but it was corrected quickly. The manager did come over to check on us and overall I would visit again. My biggest suggestion is to work on the Front of House to ensure accurate reservation times and proper seating to coordinate optimal experiences for server performance.

1 /5 Jenifer Bell: I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Every time we get longhorns it is a disappointment. I thought I’d give it another try tonight. Nope still disappointed lol. My husband ordered a well done steak and I ordered a medium well done steak. Both steaks were well undercooked. Last time I came we waited over an hour for our to go food with no apology. this place needs a complete staff revamp. I’m done coming here. I’ll go to outback any day over longhorns any day of the week.
