Allen, thank you for brightening up my day with your EXCELLENT customer service. I am pleasantly pleased and will definitely be back!!! I appreciate your customer service skills!! 4 /5 Tammy Bartels: Im originally from Florida, so you could say "I know Hooters". Ive been there so many times in the past, I couldnt even begin to count. I can say that Im disappointed that they took the "Hooters salad" off the menu. Another thing that disappointed me was the fact that Hooters is no longer making their buttermilk ranch Dressing, instead, they have the little packets/cups of store bought ranch. Which, by the way...sucks!!! As much as Hooters charges for the food, they go and cheaper up on things. Very disappointing. That ranch Dressing MADE the dish. Dipping wings and buffalo shrimp in it was so delicious. Now, without it, Im not really sure theres any real reason to go back.

3 /5 Love Brooks: It was an up and down experience here. The service was top tier, prompt and accommodating. The atmosphere was as good as could be expected for whats essentially a sports bar. The variance came with the food. They were out of soft tortilla shells, so no quesadillas, which I really wanted for our starter. Then the Daytona sauce on the wings just didnt cut it for me. The naked wings were great, though. The chili cheese tater tots were only so so, and the drinks were the same, along with the cheesecake...but the fried shrimps were absolutely perfect. I probably could find myself back here for the shrimps and naked wings on an off day with nothing to do.

1 /5 Terrance Ford: If youre looking to go site seeing for some "HOOTERS" , you found the right place. If you youre looking for a clean, well up-to-date, professionally ran establishment, go to a real sports bar because this is not it. The menus do not match the items served. Its so bad that they even have a mini menu list of wings that they no longer serve. My waitress at the bar was completely incompetent... I gave her my to-go order three times. Got back to my hotel room and still received the wrong wing and shrimp order. Maybe if she paid more attention to my order and less attention to pen that was sticking out of breast that she constantly tried bringing attention too, just maybe she wouldve gotten them order correct!
