Hibachi Express Ramen - Statesboro (GA)

2 /5 Vaughn Wilson: WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Everyone was completely unimpressed by their plates. 2 lunch specials which came with a drink and 2 orders drinks sold separately and 1 order of fried sushi. Over fried sushi! Basic rice barely fried no seasoning but with a sprinkle of eggs and onions. vegetables sold separately haha no seriously tho. They charge extra for any sauce past 2 extra. The staff wasn’t very inviting nor did they make any suggestions or clarify the menu options. Not saying the staff is bad at all just that service on a greeting level could be better. Definitely expensive for the college students in my opinion. Iv had better mall food.

5 /5 Huda Musa: I went to Hibachi Express Ramen after my friend Kimberly recommended it to me, and I’m so glad she did! She was so friendly and welcoming. The ramen was packed with flavor, the hibachi was cooked perfectly. The whole place had a nice vibe that made the meal even better. Big thanks to Kimberly for suggesting it. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

3 /5 Ethan Cox: I got the hibachi steak and for me, it honestly tasted a little funny. The outsides were hard but the insides all varied in rarity. The brown milk sugar tea was phenomenal though, although it was gone before I realized lol. Not a horrible meal but just weird meat this time.

5 /5 Cuyler Cochran: I have come in a few times to order take out and the restaurant is always clean. I usually get the steak hibachi entree and it is always cooked just the way I like it. Recently I tried the ramen and erin was really helpful with picking out which one to get and how it works. I ended up getting the tomato chicken ramen without the bamboo shoots and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend!
